Absolute Integrity!
All of our practices, including training, billing and all communication with clients are done with our clients' best interest in mind. We are transparent with each other and most importantly, our clients. If a client's bill spikes we notify them ahead of time so they are not surprised (and if they accidently added this data, we will help them remove it so they aren't billed for it). If we don't think a particular backup strategy is best for the client, we tell them, even if it may not benefit BUMI.

We don't just provide good customer service. Our team is obsessed with making your BUMI experience wonderful. That's why we are different. The relationship doesn't end with the sale.
